Note: A user’s failure to view the message shall not prevent the legal effects of a valid notification.
Article 294- Electronic Documents
294-1. Information registered in Felfon's systems, technical logs, payment histories, login records, advertisements, messages, electronic receipts, and other recorded data may be invoked as electronic evidence within the boundaries of the law.

Note: The execution of legal mandates shall not entail contractual liability for FELFONE toward the user, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Article 299- Survival of Rights and Claims
299-1. Account deletion, termination of service use, or termination of this Agreement shall not prevent the initiation of legal proceedings or the pursuit of rights and obligations created prior to termination.

Note 2: In cases where the law mandates specific notification, FELFONE shall act in accordance with those respective requirements.
Note 3: Changes resulting from mandatory laws may be implemented without the need to obtain renewed consent from users.

303-3. The users' continued use of the services after the assignment shall constitute acceptance of the continued execution of the contract by the assignee, unless the law provides otherwise.
Note 1: Transfer of FELFONE 's ownership shall not create an automatic right of termination for users, unless the law stipulates otherwise.
Note 2: The transfer of user data as a result of the assignment of the business or FELFONE 's legal structure shall be conducted strictly in compliance with personal data protection laws, the privacy policy, and other applicable laws.
